Q: What if my partner and I both work? How can we schedule our appointments with the studio?

A lot of our families are working parents with children in school full-time. We work together with all parties to find a time that is good for everyone during the week. We can start our day early, plan for an afternoon or early evening session, or can even fit something in over lunch. We can also plan the session creatively for late arrivals or early departures. Some families also enjoy taking a day off together, making their portrait experience part of a special family playdate!

Q: There is not a handy person in my household. How can we get our artwork hung appropriately?

It is our commitment to our clients that all of our Wall Art and Story Collections are delivered ready to hang in your home. That includes offering help if you need it to get your artwork installed on your walls. Please let us know when you schedule your pick-up if you would like to make an installation appointment.

Q: Will my artwork stand the test of time?

Yes. All of our artwork is archivally produced using the latest technology. Our framed art is mounted and prepared with UV Protective Glass and can be upgraded to non-reflective glass. All framed Story Collections use 100% rag mats. Our canvas, standout, and acrylic artwork as well as our gift images are all printed using archival materials and are coated for additional protection. To best protect your artwork, portraits should never be displayed in direct sunlight and should only be gently cleaned as needed using a dry non-abrasive cloth.

Q: Do you sell digital files?

Although we do not sell digital files, we are happy to offer our clients low-resolution companion files for images purchased as wall art.
