Your background should be sized at 1080x1920 250 dpi (or a 16:9 ratio) to be optimized for Zoom and most tablet devices and laptops.
To use your image on Zoom and enable the Virtual Background feature for your own use:
* Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
* Click My Meeting Settings, if you are an account administrator or Meeting Settings, if you are an account member.
* Navigate to the Virtual Background option on the Meeting tab and verify that the setting is enabled.
* To add your new image to your Virtual Background library, click the box with the plus (+) and navigate to the downloaded image.
* Notes:
If the setting is disabled, click the Status toggle to enable it. If a verification dialog displays, choose Turn On to verify the change.
If the option is grayed out, it has been locked at either the Group or Account level, and you will need to contact your Zoom administrator.
Note: You must logout of the Zoom Desktop Client and login to it again for this setting to take affect.

To use your image on your Mac desktop background:
* Choose Apple menu > System Preferences.
* Click Desktop & Screen Saver.
* From the Desktop pane, select a folder of images on the left, then click an image on the right to change your desktop picture.
NOTE: In macOS Mojave or later, you can also choose from Dynamic Desktop images, which automatically change throughout the day based on the time of day in your location.
Add a folder of your own images
To add a folder of your own images, click the add button (+) below the list of folders, then choose the folder that contains your images.

To use your image on your Windows desktop background:
* Select the Start symbol button ()
* Select Settings > Personalization to choose your picture
* In Background select a picture or solid color, or create a slideshow of picture.
